It is filled with unfinished special effects shots and the studio is claiming it doesn’t have any of the reshoot footage in it. It also seems to be universally condemned as being terrible, so that line about the reshoot footage may just be damage control. In any event, it is out there if you know where to look and like to watch films without the CGI done or the editing finished.
