No, this is not a rerun, this a completely different 1968 Turkish movie called Kizil Maske that is a rip-off of the Phantom. This one is directed by Tolgay Ziyal and starring Ismet Erten as Kizil Maske. With two movie clips and lots of over-analysis, you must read the review, because it is Turk-tastic!
