  1. Thoughts: Watched it purely for Katherine McNamara, whose character, unfortunately(and like all the other characters in this film), has little-to-no redeeming quality whatsoever(180 opposite her character in Freeform’s Shadowhunters). In one particular scene involving Sorvino’s character & her husband, I could hardly hear any of the “conversation” because there was so much constant swearing that the whole scene was almost completely muted silent by the Lifetime Network sensors. It was very distracting & at first I wondered if something was wrong with my TV audio(fortunately the only thing wrong was this movie).

    • Oh no! The muted censoring is the worst, I’d prefer overdubs of a completely different voice to muted words! This one is on the medium list, which means I may get to it eventually now that I got more free time, but there are a block of films with higher priority waiting to be watched. No reason to bump it up, looks like! Thanks!

      • Oh no, please don’t rate it by my “review”. I only watched mainly the few scenes involving Katherine McNamara’s character(I may have even missed some of those as I was so disinterestedly fast-forwarding about 98% of the movie). Of course the problem with constant mute censoring(besides the distracting silence) is when it’s used so frequently in a scene(like the scene I described) that you lose the context those cheesy different-voiced subbed words might provide & you literally end up with nothing but 5 words surrounded by silence. Of course you can always seek out an uncensored version of it wherever available(I know I won’t).
